Dmitry Medvedev sent his condolences to President of Democratic Republic of the Congo Joseph Kabila Kabange following the air crash in the east of the country, which caused numerous casualties.
The message reads, in part:
“It was with a deep sense of empathy that I learned about a plane crash in eastern Congo, which caused numerous casualties.
Please convey my sincere condolences to the victims’ families and relatives, as well as my sympathy and wishes for a speedy recovery to the injured.”
