The message from the President of Russia reads, in part:

“I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the Swiss side’s hospitality that we felt fully during the Russia-US summit in Geneva. The professionalism of all the Confederation services and agencies involved in preparing and holding this event deserves the highest praise.

I was glad to have the opportunity to meet with you. Our conversation reaffirmed the friendly relations between Russia and Switzerland. I hope that these relations will continue to develop constructively in various areas for the benefit of our peoples and in the interests of strengthening stability and security in Europe.”
