Vladimir Putin sent a message to President of China Xi Jinping congratulating him on the 67th anniversary of the formation of the People’s Republic of China.
The Russian leader noted the all-time high level the Russia-China relations had reached in the past years, as well as the high rate of progress in bilateral cooperation in politics, trade and the economy, science and technology, in the humanitarian sphere and other areas. “By acting together, our countries make an important contribution to resolving current issues on the international agenda and ensuring global security,” the Russian President stressed.
Mr Putin expressed confidence that implementing the agreements reached at the recent summits will further strengthen the all-encompassing partnership and strategic interaction between Russia and China in the interests of the two nations.
