Vladimir Putin extended his greetings to President of China Xi Jinping on the 76th anniversary of the People’s Republic of China.
The message from the President of Russia reads, in part:
“Your country continues to confidently advance along the path of socioeconomic, scientific and technological development, consistently strengthening its positions on the global stage and making a substantial contribution to addressing the key issues on the global agenda.
Russian-Chinese relations have reached an unprecedented level, as confirmed by our recent substantive and constructive meetings in Tianjin and Beijing. I am confident that the systematic implementation of our agreements will further strengthen our comprehensive partnership and strategic interaction and will create conditions for the implementation of our new ambitious joint projects in various spheres. This undoubtedly meets the fundamental interests of the friendly peoples of Russia and China and is aligned with the goal of building a fair and democratic multipolar world.
My dear friend, I wholeheartedly wish you health, well-being and success in your public service and party activities. I also wish happiness and prosperity to all citizens of China.”
