President of Russia Vladimir Putin: Your Excellency President of Cuba, my Cuban friends.

Once again, I would like to offer you my greetings, this time in this expanded format.

We have just held a meeting in a restricted format to discuss the most topical and sometimes urgent matters. We talked about the situation in the region. Now, we have an opportunity to hear our colleagues so that they can speak their minds as heads of their respective agencies and outline ways in which we can expand our bilateral ties.
