The G20 Summit concluded in Hamburg.
The President of Russia began the second day of the G20 Summit with a working breakfast with Federal Chancellor of Germany Angela Merkel and President of France Emmanuel Macron. Later Vladimir Putin had meetings with President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan, President of the European Commission Jean-Claude Juncker and a separate bilateral meeting with Emmanuel Macron.
The previous evening, the Russian leader also held brief contacts with Prime Minister of the Netherlands Mark Rutte, Prime Minister of Italy Paolo Gentiloni, Prime Minister of Norway Erna Solberg, Prime Minister of Vietnam Nguyen Xuan Phuc, and UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres.
The Russian leader took part in the third working meeting of the G20 leaders on the issues of Africa, healthcare and migration.
The fourth and final session of the Summit in the working breakfast format covered the issues of digital economy, employment and women’s role in the economy.
The G20 Leaders’ Declaration was adopted following the summit.
At the end of his visit to Germany, Vladimir Putin gave a news conference.
