Dmitry Medvedev sent his condolences to President of Estonia Toomas Hendrik Ilves following the deadly fire in a children’s home in Haapsalu.
The message reads, in part:
“It was with profound sorrow that I learned of the fire that caused loss of life and injuries at the children’s home in Haapsalu.
Please accept my sincere condolences over this tragedy, and pass on my words of support and my wishes for a speedy recovery to the injured.”
