The message reads, in part:

Over the years, more than a million visitors have used this unique opportunity to learn about talented singers, orchestras and folk ensembles from many Russian regions and about our rich historic, spiritual and artistic heritage.

I am confident that the current anniversary festival will fully match the expectations of its demanding audience and will become a memorable holiday both for the visitors and participants.”

The festival promotes the achievements of Russian art and is included in the list of official state events held in line with the Russian-French Agreement on Cultural Cooperation.
