Vladimir Putin expressed his condolences to Prime Minister of Japan Shinzo Abe on the tragedy in Sagamihara.

“The crime committed against defenceless people with disabilities shocks with its violence and cynicism,” the President stressed in his message.

Mr Putin passed on words of sympathy and support to the victims’ families and wishes for a speedy recovery to those injured by the attacker.
