Vladimir Putin signed the Federal Law On Ratifying the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan on Developing Economic Cooperation in the Context of Eurasian Economic Integration.
The Agreement was signed in Astana on May 29, 2014.
The Agreement aims to develop economic cooperation between Russia and Kyrgyzstan within the context of Eurasian economic integration, including in agribusiness, the mining and metals sectors, housing construction, and developing entrepreneurship and infrastructure.
A Russian-Kyrgyzstani development fund with the status of international organisation will be established to implement the agreement.
