Vladimir Putin signed the Federal Law On the Ratification of the Agreement Between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic on the Conditions for the Construction, Creation, and Operation of Joint Educational Organisations Providing Instruction in Russian in the Kyrgyz Republic.
The agreement was signed in Bishkek on March 29, 2023.
According to the Agreement, in order to ensure the phased construction in the Kyrgyz Republic of buildings and structures for nine joint schools providing education activities in accordance with state educational standards of the Russian Federation and the Kyrgyz Republic, with a capacity for 1,224 students, the parties will interact on issues of construction, material and technical equipment and the commissioning of facilities, the coordination of respective works, the creation of new schools, and the implementation of educational activities.
