The message reads, in part:

“Your country has made substantial progress in socioeconomic development and bolstering domestic political stability, while also playing a constructive role in addressing key regional and international issues.

Relations between Russia and Kyrgyzstan are founded on the principles of strategic partnership and alliance. Our countries collaborate effectively within the frameworks of the EAEU, the CSTO, the CIS, the SCO, and other multilateral organisations.

I am confident that, through our joint efforts, we will continue to systematically strengthen the mutually beneficial Russian-Kyrgyz relations across all areas for the benefit of our friendly peoples and in the interests of ensuring security and stability in the Eurasian space.”
