Vladimir Putin arrived in the Republic of Korea on an official visit and will hold talks with President Park Geun-hye on November 13.
The two presidents will discuss a broad range of bilateral and regional matters. A package of agreements is expected to be signed following the talks.
The two leaders will also take part in the Russia – Republic of Korea Dialogue forum and other joint events.
