Dmitry Medvedev signed Federal Law On Ratification of the Agreement on the Organisation, Management, Operation and Development of Common Markets for Crude Oil and Petroleum Products in the Republic of Belarus, Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation.
The Agreement was signed in Moscow on December 9, 2010 to facilitate the implementation of the Action Plan for the Common Economic Space of Belarus, Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation, approved by the EurAsEC Interstate Council.
The Agreement defines the principles of interaction in the formation of common markets for oil and petroleum products among the member states of the Common Economic Space.
