Dmitry Medvedev signed Federal Law On Ratifying the Protocol on Amendments and Addenda to the Agreement on the Customs Code of the Customs Union of November 27, 2009.
The Protocol was signed in Moscow on April 16, 2010.
The Protocol amends the Customs Code of the Customs Union in order to improve conditions for participants in foreign economic activities; to provide opportunities for determining risks that are sensitive to all Customs Union member-states; to protect the market against unfair competition; and to simplify the labour-intensive goods exports.
