Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On Ratification of the Agreement on Financing and Implementation of the 2014–2020 Russia-Latvia Cross-Border Cooperation Programme.
The Agreement was signed in Moscow on December 29, 2016.
The Russia-Latvia cross-border cooperation programme is aimed at addressing the issues of border territories’ development through implementing joint projects of St Petersburg, the Leningrad and Pskov regions and several Latvian regions.
