Dmitry Medvedev sent a message to President of Montenegro Filip Vujanovic on the 300th anniversary of the establishment of political relations between Russia and Montenegro.
The message reads, in part:
“We highly value our Montenegrin partners’ aspirations to build a balanced state policy. This position is beneficial to bilateral cooperation and promotes the growth and reinforcement of trade, economic and humanitarian ties.
I am certain that our joint efforts aimed at further strengthening cooperation between Russia and Montenegro will promote the dynamic development of Russian-Montenegrin contacts, deepen mutual understanding between the peoples of our countries and ensure peace, security and stability in the region and throughout Europe.”
