Vladimir Putin sent his condolences to President of Mexico Enrique Pena Nieto following a deadly blast at Mexican state oil company Pemex’s headquarters in Mexico City.
Mr Putin passed on his words of sympathy and support to the victims’ families and wished a swift recovery to all those injured in the explosion.
