Vladimir Putin signed the Federal Law On the Ratification of the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the United Mexican States on Cooperation in the Exploration and Use of Outer Space for Peaceful Purposes.
The Agreement was signed in Mexico City on September 28, 2021.
The Agreement establishes the legal and organisational basis for cooperation between the Russian Federation and the United Mexican States in the exploration and use of outer space and the practical use of space equipment and space technologies for peaceful purposes.
