Vladimir Putin offered his condolences to President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria Goodluck Jonathan over a plane crash in a Lagos suburb.
The message reads, in part:
“Please accept my sincere condolences in connection with a terrible tragedy, the crash of a passenger airliner in a Lagos neighbourhood. I share your grief on such great loss of life, and ask you to convey my condolences to the victims’ families and wishes for a speedy recovery to all the injured.”
