Vladimir Putin sent his condolences to President of the Philippines Benigno Aquino III following the tragic loss of life in a shoe factory fire in the Philippine capital, Manila.
The message reads, in part:
“Please accept my profound condolences following the great loss of life caused by the fire at a factory in Valenzuela.
Please pass on my words of sincere sympathy and support to the victims’ families and loved ones and my wishes for a swift recovery to all who were injured.”
