The message reads, in part:

“I would like to highlight your personal contribution to building a new quality of Russian-Slovenian relations, which is consistent with the objectives of a multi-faceted development of interstate cooperation. I highly appreciate our dialogue established in the atmosphere of mutual trust and understanding on a wide range of international and bilateral issues.

Russia is committed to implementing systematically the practical tasks focused on deepening our comprehensive partnership and promoting key projects in various areas of the modernisation agenda.

I am confident that cooperation between Russia and Slovenia will continue to grow rapidly for the benefit of our nations, in the interests of European stability and security.”
