President of Slovakia Ivan Gasparovic welcomed Dmitry Medvedev in an official ceremony hosted at the Presidential Palace.
Mr Medvedev wrote in the guests’ book: “I am happy to have this chance to visit Slovakia and celebrate together the 65th anniversary of victory in World War II.”
The Slovak President later hosted an official dinner.
