Following talks with President of Syria Bashar al-Assad, and in the light of information about the difficult situation in Syrian healthcare, Vladimir Putin decided to send aid to Syria in the form of medicines, medical supplies and first aid kits. The relevant instruction has been given to the Healthcare Ministry.
