Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On Ratification of the Agreement between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tajikistan on the Procedure of Stay of Citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan in the Russian Federation.
The Agreement was signed in Moscow on February 8, 2013.
The Agreement is designed to create favourable conditions for Tajik nationals’ stay in Russia.
Also, it addresses the fundamental rights and liberties of an individual and a citizen.
