On December 1, the President of Russia will make a working visit to the Republic of Turkey to participate in the fifth session of the High Level Cooperation Council (HLCC). Vladimir Putin will also have a separate meeting with President of the Republic of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan as part of the visit.
The HLCC is expected to discuss a wide range of issues in Russian-Turkish cooperation, first and foremost in the trade, economic and energy sectors, as well as the international agenda. Following the talks, many bilateral documents are expected to be signed.
