Vladimir Putin signed the Federal Law On Ratification of the Agreement between the Russian Federation Government and the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on Temporary Employment of Russian Federation Citizens in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and citizens of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in the Russian Federation.
Under the agreement’s terms, citizens of one country can work in the other country provided they have a work permit issued in accordance with the host country’s laws.
The agreement will help create a favourable environment for Russian and Vietnamese citizens working in each other’s countries and will bolster their social protection and ensure protection of their labour rights.
