Vladimir Putin took part in APEC Economic Leaders’ Meeting with members of APEC Business Advisory Council.
The APEC Business Advisory Council (ABAC) was established to promote a business perspective on regional cooperation at the forum. Each APEC economy is represented by three representatives from business associations, who are appointed by the heads of state and government. The Russian Federation is represented by Oleg Deripaska, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Basic Element, Kirill Dmitriev, CEO of Russian Direct Investment Fund and Andrei Kostin, Head of VTB Bank.
