Vladimir Putin signed an order On Holding the Year of the Russian Federation in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Year of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in the Russian Federation.
In order to further promote Russia-Vietnam relations, the President ordered to hold the Year of the Russian Federation in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Year of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in the Russian Federation.
The order also approves the members of the Russian side of the organising committee.
