The President signed Federal Law On Ratification of the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Abkhazia on Military Postal and Courier Communications.
The agreement was signed in Moscow on July 29, 2017.
The agreement is aimed at creating an international legal foundation for Russian-Abkhazian cooperation on postal and courier communications to ensure the protection of military correspondence during its delivery to Russian military units deployed on the territory of the Republic of Abkhazia.
