The message reads, in part:
“We highly value the development of friendly and neighbourly relations between our countries, and mutually beneficial bilateral cooperation in various areas.
I would like to reaffirm that Russia will continue to provide every kind of assistance to the government and people of South Ossetia in ensuring national security, as well as in every aspect of state-building and socioeconomic development.
