Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On Ratification of the Agreement on Establishing the BRICS Contingent Reserve Arrangement.
The agreement was signed in Fortaleza (Brazil) on July 15, 2014.
Under the agreement, the BRICS countries will establish a contingent reserve arrangement to provide financial support if any of the BRICS partners’ national financial systems face dollar liquidity problems.
