Vladimir Putin signed Executive Order On the Entry into and Exit from the Russian Federation of foreign nationals holders of APEC Business Travel Cards.
Foreign nationals – holders of APEC Business Travel Cards containing the “RUS” code on the reverse side have the right to enter the Russian Federation and exit from the Russian Federation without a visa, provided they carry the card along with valid ID documents recognised by the Russian Federation.
Should a decision be passed on the undesirability of such individuals’ stay in Russia, they are obliged to leave the country in the manner prescribed by federal legislation.
The Foreign Ministry of the Russian Federation is responsible for coordinating on a reciprocal basis the candidacies of foreign nationals holders of the APEC Business Travel Card who intend to enter the Russian Federation and leave the country on the terms stipulated by the executive order.
