Dmitry Medvedev signed the Federal Law On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation on Imposing Liability for Violating the Regulations of the Use of Air Space.
The Federal Law is aimed at improving measures to ensure flight security, imposing stricter liability for violating the regulations of the use of air space following the enactment of the Federal Regulations on the Use of Air Space of the Russian Federation, which came into force on November 1, 2010.
The law also makes several amendments to the Russian Federation Criminal Code and Code of Administrative Offences.
