Dmitry Medvedev signed Federal Law On Amendments to the Administrative Offences Code of the Russian Federation.
The Federal Law eliminates a gap in the Administrative Offences Code of the Russian Federation pertaining to the application of administrative liability for violations in operating sea vessels.
The amendments concern administrative liability of captains navigating vessels without pilots in areas of compulsory pilotage, violations of rules on providing to pilots essential data about the vessels, and violations of rules on registering sea vessels or mixed (river-sea) navigation vessels.
