The President signed the Federal Law On Amending the Federal Law on State Monitoring of International Automotive Transport and Responsibility for Violating Rules on its Fulfilment and the Russian Federation Administrative Offences Code with Regard to Improving State Control over International Automotive Transport.
The Federal Law is aimed at increasing the efficacy of state control over observance of international automotive transport rules by foreign automotive hauliers.
