Vladimir Putin signed a list of instructions following his December 17, 2015 press conference.
Instructions to the Government of the Russian Federation concern issues pertaining to procedures of exempting owners of vehicles with permissible maximum weight of over 12 tonnes from payment of transport tax, and identifying ways to compensate the regional road funds for the shortfall in income occurring as a result.
