On June 26, a State Council meeting on developing the network of public roads and improving road safety will take place at the Kremlin.
Reports will be delivered by Head of the Republic of Buryatia Alexei Tsydenov, who heads the State Council’s Transport working group, Transport Minister Yevgeny Ditrikh, Interior Minister Vladimir Kolokoltsev, Leningrad Region Governor Alexander Drozdenko and Acting Governor of the Kursk Region Roman Starovoit.
The meeting participants will examine the working group’s proposals to improve the efficiency of road construction, the quality of road repairs and maintenance, and the organisation of road traffic.
