The President approved a list of instructions concerning some aspects of transport development.
The Government of the Russian Federation was instructed to submit proposals on building a railway line towards the Barents Sea coast in the area of the Indiga River cove, as well as to approve a schedule of events to celebrate in 2024 the 50th anniversary of the Baikal-Amur Mainline construction start.
The Government of the Russian Federation and the Russian Federation State Council commission on transport were instructed to introduce amendments to the Russian legislation to remove excessive requirements to designing, building and renovating regional and local airports with low air traffic, as well as to streamline operation regulations for such airports while ensuring that the conditions for passengers do not deteriorate.
