The President signed Federal Law On the Ratification of the Agreement on International Road Transport between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Belarus.
The Agreement on International Road Transport between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Belarus was signed in Moscow on August 18, 2023.
The Agreement is based on a desire to create favourable conditions for international road transportation by the Parties’ carriers and stipulates international road transportation of passengers and cargo between the two states, transit road transportation via the territory of the two states, from the territory of a third country or to the territory of a third country, as well as cabotage road haulage.
