Dmitry Medvedev signed Federal Law On Ratification of Agreement on Procedures for Imposing Special Protective, Anti-Dumping and Compensation Measures during the Transition Period.
The agreement was signed in St Petersburg on November 19, 2010.
The agreement’s purpose is to ensure coordinated imposition of special protective, anti-dumping and compensation measures in trade with other countries, protect domestic producers, create an environment encouraging competition between domestic and foreign producers, and make domestic goods more competitive.
