Vladimir Putin submitted to the State Duma for ratification the Protocol on Amendments to the Agreement On the Movement of Goods for Personal Use by Individuals Across the Customs Border of the Customs Union and on Customs Operations Relating to Their Release of June 18, 2010.
The Protocol was signed in St Petersburg on October 19, 2011. It is aimed at excluding from the Agreement regulations that impose unnecessary burdens on individuals with regard to the declaration of goods.
