Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On Amendments to the Federal Law On Customs Regulation in the Russian Federation.
The Federal Law is designed to create more favourable conditions for fair competition between legal entities with regards to customs affairs. It does so by minimising the risks that government authorities will exert excessive influence on the services market in relation to customs affairs.
