The President signed Federal Law On Amendments to the Federal Law On Customs Regulation in the Russian Federation and on Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation.
Under the Federal Law, when customs authorisation for inward processing of goods is obtained, the standard output of processed products shall be approved by the customs authority in the range from the lower to the upper limit, if it depends on the chemical and (or) physical properties of the foreign goods or the processed products’ configuration.
