Dmitry Medvedev signed Federal Law introducing amendments to the Law of the Russian Federation On Customs Tariffs.
The law stipulates that the rates of export customs duties for certain categories of goods determined by the Government of the Russian Federation shall be calculated according to procedures and formulas set by the Government.
At present rates of export customs duties are established by the Government as a percentage of the customs value of goods or as a fixed amount.
