The President signed Federal Law On Amending Articles 11 and 18 of Federal Law on Entry to and Exit from the Russian Federation.
The Federal Law is aimed at improving migration legislation concerning regulation of relations pertaining to issuing a second passport to a Russian Federation citizen, confirming his or her identity beyond the borders of the Russian Federation.
