Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On Amendments to the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences.
The Federal Law aims to specify the reasons for and measures of administrative liability of foreign citizens or stateless persons for violating the rules of entry into the Russian Federation or the rules of stay (residence) in the Russian Federation. Amendments have been made to Articles 3.5, 18.8, 23.1, 23.3 and 28.3 of the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences.
