Head of the Presidential Directorate for Protection of Citizens’ Constitutional Rights Maxim Travnikov chaired a meeting of the expert council.
Attending the meeting were heads of research institutions and Russian universities as well as leading lawyers in the sphere of constitutional rights, state-building and civil rights.
The participants discussed the expert council’s efforts to promote the implementation of the State Migration Policy Concept for 2019–2025.
