Chief of the Presidential Directorate for Protection of Citizens’ Constitutional Rights Tatyana Lokatkina chaired a meeting of the working group on the implementation of the State Migration Policy Concept for 2019 – 2025.
At the event, the participants discussed draft federal laws prepared pursuant to the proposals on the improvement of migration regimes and the institution of citizenship earlier approved by the President.
In addition to this, members of the group got acquainted with information regarding the law enforcement problems of holding liable for violations of migration laws as well as of the implementation of decisions on the prohibition to enter the Russian Federation and undesirability of staying there.
