Vladimir Putin signed the Federal Law On Amending Article 133 of the Federal Law On the Legal Status of Foreign Citizens in the Russian Federation.
The Federal Law establishes the right of a foreign citizen who is in the Russian Federation in a manner that does not require a visa and who is engaged in labour activities in the Russian Federation based on a permit to repeatedly reapply for permit renewal (without leaving the Russian Federation).
